UL online booking issue
 

I'm trying to book a BKK-CMB-CDG return ticket in J online but can't find the way to enter the stopover part? how should I do??

Besides I tried to book that ticket from an agency today but they could only book me on the UL metal between CMB and CDG, while I'd prefer flying on monday morning, which means on EK metal via DXB . I've had a CDG-CMB ticket routed that way a few months ago so I'd guess it should still work.
Or it's no longer possible?

Hi,

I don't think it's possible to book stopovers at UL's website - their facility is quite limited.

What dates / fare basis are you looking at?

I was looking for a J ticket in 2 weeks time. Ended up buying it from an agency in BKK. Won't get the 50% extra miles unfortunately but at least I have a seat.

One more issue though is UL's office in BKK claimed I can't fly to Paris via Dubai (without stopover) on EK metal altough I did it last time I bought a UL J ticket between CDG and CMB, yet I'd rather fly on monday morning rather than sunday - hence, via DXB. Does it make sense?
