JFK - Dubai - First Class
 

Hello - I can't find anything about the stand up bar in First Class on the Kennedy-Dubai route. CAn anyonw tell me about this?

The FAs set out snacks and beverages on a rail that is in the galley area. It is marketing hype to call this a bar IMO; it really isn't a place to stand and have a drink.

Agreed. It is nothing like the bar you will find on VS. However it is a more pleasant place to hang out than a "regular" galley but why you would want to ever leave your seat, I'll never know ;)

Thanks - I agree - can't wait to try the suites and can't imagine standing in the galley to have a drink. Recently flew VS in Upper and used the bar only for a brief period coming back from London -- sounds like a sexy idea but in reality, not particularly exciting.
