Retrieve Booking / Seat Request ?
 
Hi all,

My parents are travelling with emirates and have booked on the internet and when we go back and retrieve their booking it shows a seat request. For the flight from DXB - MAN (Which it shows as a 773ER) shows the requested seat as 10D. I looked this up and found that it was a business class seat, however my dad claims he never requested any seats. Does this mean that they will be in business class or is this just a random thing?

On the 2 class 773ER which is used on the DXB-MAN-DXB route, 10D is an economy class seat. It is an aisle seat, 3rd row from the front.
