In Flight Entertainment location
I am flying Emirates FCO-DXB-BKK-HKG-FCO Yclass next week and although I previously worked in DUbai and flew Emirates frequently I am ashamed to admit I can't remember which seats have those horrible IFE boxes at foot level.
I do remember it was constant thru the aircraft with about 4 per row, but i cannot remember if it was window or aisle seats affected.
All flights are 777-300 , 3 class config
Any advice would be apreciated.

if I remember correctly, the second center row
behind bulkhead has such configuration. And I believe they have
2 such rows. (3 monitors/4 seats and one fold away)
Also the bulkhead seats have fold away monitors...
Dont know the row numbers off hand though.

I haven't flown EK Y in a looong time
, with the exception of 1 short flight - so this may be wrong, but IIRC...the video monitor boxes are under the middle 2 seats of the centre block, but affect all 4 seats (DEFG) - because they are protude into D/G's legroom.
Also, I think there is a box between the AB and JK seats.
Cheers

Oops.. I mis-understood the question...
Now I dont remember where those boxes were locatedexactly .. but I remember
I was not happy with one of the Airbus flight from JFK-DXB sitting in the
the window seat right side of the aircraft.
I have long legs and the box got in my way. Isle was much better if I recall correctly.

This is a problem in the second row back the from the bulkheads in Y on 777-300 for definite this is because the seat the first row has Screen and tray under seat.
would suspect problem persists with all 330, 340 & 777's plus avoid third row back on 777-200's seats 10C & 10H.

In all economy cabins always in the second row (behind bulkhead) all seats have the IFE boxes at foot level.
777-300: In all other rows the window seats have a box at foot level, but not as big as in the A330, and the seat pitch is much better! Not sure where the boxes are located in the centre seats.
