Upgrade Question
 
Flying next week, booked Premium Economy Plus from
HDY-DXB Wednesday night
DXB-JFK Thursday morning
Looking to upgrade, seeing 10 seats on both flights open, online offer is 4400 usd. Hoping this will go lower, is it better to call and ask or wait until checkin ? I check the app a few times a day.
