First time using chauffeur
 
Hi all,

I’m due to use the chauffeur service in the coming days for the first time. Do I get any emails beforehand to confirm the car or does it just show up!!

It depends on the city. In New York, for example, you get an email confirmation in advance and then texts. In Dubai and some other cities, just texts. In Europe, I've gotten WhatsApp messages and emails. If it's booked, you're good.

In Dublin you usually get a call 2-3 days before the flight from Devines Chauffeur Services who are contracted by Emirates to provide the chauffeur service in Ireland.

Oh perfect. Well I haven’t heard anything yet!! Should I contact them if I don’t heard anything!!

You will hear 48 hours before your flight when online check in opens

No need to contact them. Ive been using this for almost 10 years and never once had any issue. Devines CS are one of the best chauffeur companies in Ireland. They'll let you know the pickup time they have confirmed a few days before.
