Redeeming Skywards on TAP?
 

Hello all,

Looking for some help on redeeming Skywards miles on TAP (LIS-MIA in this case).

Flights are wide open on TAP (it is for Feb next year). TAP tells me they have plenty of award availability for partners. But EK tells me there is no availability, even when using a very wide set of dates. Then they punt and tell me to try online, but everywhere online it tells me to call EK.

Am I missing something? Do I understand the partnership right? I should be able to book discrete TAP flights, no?

Anybody have any experience?
