Miles + Cash
 
How do I find the Miles + Cash option? I can see the cash option and I can see the mileage option, but not the miles plus cash. If it makes a difference, I have 0 miles at the moment and would have to transfer them But I don't want to do that until I know that I'll be able to use them.

Using the website and being logged in, I see the option when I get to the payment page. It's personalised to my available miles so if you don't see anything it's because you have no miles available.
