Date change help
 

This is my first time flying Emirates so any help would be appreciated. Long story short I transferred Amex miles over and it took a day to show up. I wasn’t able to book my selected days this Sept from JFK-Milan so I took the day before and day after what I was looking for. Both tickets are J fares. What is the likely hood I can get these dates changed. I tried calling and they said there isn’t any availability right now. Do they typically release more of these?

Yes I’ve tried that.
