Difficulty selecting seats
 

Hi, I’ve booked CPT-JNB-DXB-LAX in F. However the first leg is a codeshare with a South African airline called Airlink. Does anyone know how to select sears for the Airlink leg please? It says on the Emirates app “Please visit the partner airline’s website to choose your seats”, but my EK booking reference doesn’t work on the Airlink website. All of the EK flights were fine with seat selection. Thanks!

I’ve managed to resolve my own issue. Should anyone else struggle with the same, then phone Emirates and they will be able to give you a separate booking reference to be used on the Airlink website!
