'My Family' Problem

'My Family' Problem

Hi folks. Hoping for some advice. I've invited two family members, both already Skywards members, to become part of our My Family account. Invitation emails have been sent and received. Both invitees have indicated through the email received that they wish to accept the invite and also ticked the percentage contribution they wish to make. When they try to continue to the next step, however, nothing happens. The same problem occurred pre-Covid with a different invitee, but with all travel shutting down I didn't pursue the matter at that time. Happily, times have now changed so I'm hoping that someone can offer guidance as to how these invitations can be successfully accepted. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

For what it's worth, the same thing happened to me about a month ago. The Skywards account that had been invited had not been used in a really, really long time. I updated the details in the account, maybe changed the password, and eventually this account was able to accept the invitation.

Hi kcaco247. Thanks very much for your reply. I really appreciate it. Nothing about My Family accounts seems straightforward! I'll have a play about with the two accounts that have been invited, get Emirates to resend the invitations - and keep my fingers firmly crossed. Thanks again.
