Appalling IST Ground Service
 

Im sure you all know this but....TERRIBLE overcrowded contract lounge, no chauffeur service. As a paid F pax I was really bummed-the ground service was none existent at IST. Has EK ever expressed why they will not open a lounge here or offer chauffeur drive?

FWIW half the F cabin was full of op-ups. I looked at the seat map 45 minutes before and it was only myself and 3 other paying pax with J full, then at T-30 it was magically completely full. Lead FA said J oversold by 5 upgraded everyone. Great!

Istanbul, like Karachi, isn’t considered the most premium destination for Emirates. Paid F fares are low so the incentive to do anything special for these fares is even lower.
