Skywards expiring - QUESTION PLEASE HELP!
Howdy, So... I have written confirmation from Emirates itself and a phone call confirming my points will not be expiring in 2022. I had two lot of points expiring, the first lot had to expire first they said before the second lot could receive an expiry date.
Anyhow i logged into my account today to find they are expiring in a month. No notice. I have emailed them and they are saying sorry for the information we gave you in writing ... oopsy. To bad basically. Anyone know who i can contact to take this further? Thanks appreciate. |
