Sky Rewards refund
 

How long does it usually take for Sky Rewards miles to be refunded to your account? I submitted a request for a refund about two weeks ago. I had used miles to upgrade two tickets to first class. Those miles were refunded almost immediately. I received an email the other day saying the refund had been processed and that the credit card charges would be posted to my account within 15 days. Those charges just posted. The miles for the original purchase of the tickets still have not posted to the account though. Does anyone know how long those miles will take to post? Thanks

I would call EK or comtact via online chat, as the miles should have recredited immediately

This worked, thanks! The rep said they should have credited back already as well. She told me she would escalate it and the miles would be credited back within one week. It took less than 24 hours for them to show up!
