Predictability of EK Promotions?
 

Does anyone know if there is any predictability in EK's offers? For instance the recent Double Tier Bonus appeared around the 4th of Feb and had to be booked by the 10th. Is that something that happens pretty much annually around that time of year? I am just wondering if there is a way to alert people that need to buy trips to hang on because a promotion is likely to pop around such a such a date. I typically buy flights two or more months in advance, so I have flexibility. If I knew that a promotion was likely in a certain time frame that would net me double tier miles, I would wait and see if that deal materialized. I know that Black Friday typically has sales. Are there other fairly predictable promotions?

you could try check all your emails and see when they issue new offers, the double miles offer is great and im in the same boat. Unfortunately i cant book my next two flights too early due to external factors.

i had a quick look but didnt have enough time
but looks as if they “remind” customers about offers every two weeks.
