FWIW, the check in agent in HYD put 2 F priority tags on my checked in suitcase, and it was the first to come out on the carrousel at JFK with both tags still intact (After the iO bags of course). Not sure her reasoning for putting 2 on, but maybe its because one might get ripped off so just throw an extra on for good measure?
