DXB Terminal 3 Emirates Baggage Storage

Is the Emirates baggage storage in terminal 3 within the security zone or outside?
I like to visit Dubai for 4 hours but I like to leave one of my CarryOn at the airport if it is within the security parameter.
No storage at the F class lounge I think?

I remember seeing left luggage facility in Terminal 3, I believe it was landside / so before security.

You have asked the question about leaving luggage in the EK F lounge at DXB before - and I answered it for you:

There is a storage facility for luggage (including valuables) in the Arrivals area of Terminal 3 - see here:

I am so sorry. I forgot.
But my question now is more about if it is within the secured area or outside (so I know how I have to pack my OnBoard Baggage).

It does not answer my question.
"... and can be used by both arriving and departing passengers. "
I can be within the security zone or nor

1. Luggage storage facilities are almost always landside, people don't typically need to store luggage airside, and don't typically go from airside to landside and back to airside at DXB
2. Someone already indicated it is likely landside based on their observation
3. Why exactly does it matter? You can leave your carry-on either airside or landside, since it's a carry-on....

It is landslide (or what you refer to outside "the security zone").
So you'll have to clear Customs on arrival (and possibly have your hand luggage X-rayed/examined) and go through Security again on departure.

Ahhh... perhaps OP is worried about "contraband" that he thinks is forbidden in DXB and would get him into trouble? If it's booze, don't worry. If it's codeine-containing medication, don't take it. Even if you were just transiting you must pass security and it could be seized with further consequences for you.

Because there is another baggage storage outside where the taxistand is and it matters to me.
What I can have in Frankfurt I am not nessesary allowed to have in DXB (security wise or custom wise (import to UAE) like only 19 cig. or medicine)

Not necessarily. Transit security is a charade where nothing is detected, entering the country is another matter and they may actually look for banned items.
