EK Shanghai Lounge Refurbishment
That moment at check-in when you realise its all going wrong... when the check-in agent fills out another airlines lounge entry voucher! Nooooooo. Did the lounge really need a refit - not in my opinion (better food options is all they needed, but whatever!).

Sat here currently in PVG (lounge 77), and they've cornered one side of the lounge for EK pax.

Anyone know if the refurb is complete? Will be traveling in early June and itd be a shame if i have to use the 3rd party lounge ����

Only New York and Rome were mentioned as being refurbished in the press release with the 2018-2019 results that was released less than two weeks ago.

If the PEK lounge refurbishment in 2015 is anything to go by, that took 3 to 4 months!!

Im back on the route in about 3 weeks time, anyone know if the PVG lounge refurb has been completed and/or word of when its due to open?

End of August acccording to EK, so probably a month or two later.
