I prefer the B lounge to all others because of 1) the champagne bar and 2) the food selection is a shorter walk - I walk between stations and fill up a plate on the way to the champagne bar. You can't really do this in A since you'd have to zig-zag across the entire terminal. However, I am almost never in B during the morning peak times.

When departing from B/C gates, I always go for the B lounge.
Even if it is crowded during peak times, I always find a seat near the champagne bar and I find it quieter.
When long stopovers, I would go to the A lounge as it is more spacious and showers are definitely better.
The C lounge near C9 is smaller and has a nice view. However, it is less crowded.
If you depart from gate B/C, I would suggest to choose the B lounge.
The food options have really improved. You have the health hub, the mediterranean corner near the champagne bar, dessert/asian buffet …
