There may be some turbulences for the Mexico route.
https://www.aerotime.aero/ruta.burba...eats-up-part-2
basically Aeromexico tries to convince the Mexican government to deny the already approved service.

Also now on Emirates website when you try to book the route the following message appears:
"Subject to Government approval"

so I would be cautious as Aeromexico is quite influential...

Hope they figure it out before my planned trip next April. I usually fly to LAX to catch Emirates to Dubai, which is what I have planned again this November. But, in April I was hoping not to have to do that and just catch it straight from Mexico City where I live.

A380 to Cairo with 4 weekly flights starting 27th October
Emirates will replace the 777-300ER aircraft currently operating EK923 and EK924 on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with its flagship aircraft.

Does DXB to VIE (EK 127) will start using A380 in few days time?

EK 125 still use b777 though

Already operated by 77W on days 123.
Both EK125/126 and EK127/128 will operate using 77W for the period from 04NOV19 to 30NOV19

I can see EK127/128 changing to an A380 from 24th October on emirates.com and flightradar24.

According to Arabian Business, Emirates has now been officially granted permit to start their Mexico flights.

New J seats as well. Will that take 2 frames away from other routes?

They have already taken one.from mid December, off the DXB/RGN route as the service is transferred to flydubai (although a 2 class invariably it was 3 class metal.

Those would be -300ERs, not -200LRs with 6 across in Business Class, of which there's not many to start with. Looking at RGN, it doesn't even appear to have been getting the new 7 across seats.
