Truck damages 77W engine cowling at ISB

EK614 arrived into ISB early this morning, while preparing for departure as EK-615, what looks like a catering truck (correction: was a Gerry's dnata ambulifter) has damaged the engine cowling.

A replacement 777-300 A6-EMT (oh how the disappointed the pax must've been) was dispatched to fly the passengers and crew over.

The EK source refers to it as a technical issue right now:
Emirates B777-300ER A6-END Islamabad Technical Issue. | The EK Source

The pictures are NOT mine, you can see them at:

The current photo shows what looks like a truck that's fallen over, and the instagram story uploaded by the account has a picture of the cowling itself.

Looks like the truck fell over, perhaps strong wind or poorly balanced or both. Rather embarrassing...

It looks like the operator didn't deploy the stabiliser legs before raising the body. That should not even be possible in a properly maintained vehicle.
