Using miles for hotels

We just got back from a trip LHR to SIN in First (Saver) so have 60,000 miles. We are very unlikely to fly again due to age and ill health so I'm hoping I can use them for hotels in the UK.

I know EK have hookups with Booking.com and Rocket miles but when I try dummy bookings I am not offered "pay with miles"

Question: Can I use miles for hotels? and if so what am I doing wrong?

many thanks Harry.

You can, when you visit emirates-rocketmiles.com you are asked if you want to earn or redeem.

They also have direct partnerships with a bunch of chains but redemption requires calling EK I think

Any idea at all what the value of Skywards miles is on redemption for hotel bookings?

You can earn with booking.com but not spend.

Nope but if you try a dummy booking and compare to cash price for same property and room you'll know
