Hi All,

Does any one have any email adddress for Emirates CS or claims? I originally used feedback form but now they are not responding, even calling for a call back from them is not actioned.

I've used [email protected] and [email protected]
Not sure which one was responded so try both.

How long ago did you submit your CS related form to EK. I have found EK to be very quick at replying to CS related forms submitted via their websites. If you have your CAS number in your email confirmation then give EK a call to see progress on it , sometimes certain matters take longer then other issues.
