First time Business (77W)
 

Hi all,

my company booked for me (through a travel agent) a return trip to BLR (from HAM).
Trip will be in business class; at the moment no ticket has been issued yet, it will be issued in the next days (in fact, in Ticket Status I have "None", and for baggage I have "Not applicable")
Booking system gave me seats 8J (two times) and 11J; I hope I will be able to change them because I read they are not so good (at least row 8).
I will travel alone.

Will 2 hrs be enough in DXB as connecting time? I connected in DXB many times but always longer.
On the outbound trip I will have 7 hrs connection, plenty of time to relax in the Business Class lounge.

Any idea/suggestion to maximise the experience?

2 hours is plenty time to connect, although it may not give you much lounge time.

7 hours is too much, even with lounge access and there is a shorter transit possible. If there is no availability for your date then change it.

May be eligible for Dubai Connect if no shorter transit available

2h plenty of time and of course you can change seats.

Shorter connection time is available but I prefer arriving in BLR at evening so I can go directly to bed and therefore relax in the lounge, do some work, have a shower and so on.

How are those seats?

re preassigned seats: you can call the call center (or twitter) and change them already, its possible to reserve seats in J/F even tough ticket is not issued

Which are the best seats, considering also I am traveling alone?
