Multiple B J lounges in DXB - they are all landside though, on the tops of hotels. For no hassle there are the pay-for-access lounges, but there are strict time limits - the lounge dragons can be quite approachable.
If you don't want to use the pay lounges, some of them do admit according to your status, but it can be a hassle to negotiate entry as lounge access rules vary and you might miss your flight. Even then you probably have to spend money with the lounge operator to even get the status in the first place!
