Searched but couldnt find an answer. I've been earning SPG points on all EK flight for the past year with no issues. Though my last flights never posted.

Tow questions:

Is there a cap?

Who should i contact to make sure they post? SPG or EK?

No cap on Starpoints earnings

Contact both - but give it a couple of weeks, because I'm convinced they do the credits manually with a big batch every so often (as I've taken multiple flights in a short period of time, but the date they post all seems to be the same, after a delay).
