New F on one of the DXB-BRU flights, so I would hope you get a kit.
For reference: on the DXB-AMS flight in J we got one (early flight, the one arriving around midday in AMS). Also on the late (22:00) departure from AMS (but that's to be expected as it is an overnight flight)

We just flew four long haul flights in F. Last year, I got 4 different ladies amenity kits. This year, 3 of the flights had the design shown in the upper right hand of the picture below. The first flight, LAX-DXB, had a wristlet style that I liked very much. Kits were not handed out on JNB-DXB until requested. This was a 7 1/2 hour day time flight.

I received what (to me) was a new design last week where instead of a conventional bag it was a roll. I also see this currently on the EK website:
Arrive fresh for the holidays with our new amenity kits. Collect all six kits in Economy Class, with designs based on the Expo 2020 themes. And we’ve got four new kits in Business Class and First Class inspired by the Bulgari archives, with a special nod to Arabic design. Spritz on a little Bulgari White Tea fragrance before you land.

Generally they're only given out on lengthy night flights or I believe ULH daytime flights (though those usually aren't purely daytime)

The timing of your flight helps as the inbound from DXB would have been a night time flight and therefore had kits loaded. My usual flight is an early afternoon departure from Glasgow, so both inbound and outbound are day flights and no kits loaded.

I've flown this route over 10 times on business and never been given an amenity kit.
I've always received one on my connecting flight from Dubai.
