if you are silver or higher, when the steward comes to greet you at seat ...before take off or shortly after and asks you if you need anything...then ideal opportunity to ask.

For what its worth I did not receive kits on either EK162 (DXB-DUB in F) or EK163 (DXB-DUB in C).
However I did get kits on both EK304/305 (to and from PVG in F). I got the impression they were only giving kits to those who booked a shower but may be wrong.

Many are “on request” these days for daylight flights, but only those over a certain time.
I used to remember getting one on every flight but tbh it only ever got put in the cabin baggage....

what's in a typical kit?
Will be flying GLA-DXB-SYD at the end of Dec and then MEL-DXB-LHR mid January in Business.
Hoping there's a toothbrush, toothpaste and something to freshen up with in the kits?

Dental kits also available in onboard and lounge bathrooms.

In GLA, ask for the dental kit at the lounge reception. Too many go missing if they leave them in the bathroom. No amenity bag on the afternoon flight from GLA.
