When are these usually uploaded to the EK website?

Our Cape Town flight is still showing last months menu.

Well the CPT menu hasn't actually been updated just yet. But I'm delighted to say that I managed to get hold of an advance copy (please don't tell anyone ....wink wink).

And here it is .......

Oops.........sorry I've somehow loaded the wrong one !

The above is actually from the Dorchester in London. My bad.

But I know from personal experience of EK that you'll be offered something very similar in the F cabin.
