Most of the suggestions put forward are not unique, or are dependent on personal opinions, so a real list would be extremely short I think.

I admit that Etihad/Singapore F or J are very close, and arguably superior (especially Etihad F), to EK. And it is of course a subjective opinion. But the list is pretty short: exception would somewhat prove the point IMO.
