The jetblue page under skywards partners has a chart. For availability I don't know but I think you'd have to call EK.

Hi guys. I'm a SPG Platinum and would like to link it to my Emirates account to receive some of the in-airport benefits such as priority boarding. How would I go about that? Thanks!

On the SPG website, once you're logged on you can find the EK link in the same place as Crossover rewards - search for Your World Rewards.

EK and 9W segments on single award ticket
Does EK allow mixing EK and partner airline segments on the same award ticket? I'm looking to book a saver award SFO-BOM/DEL-SFO, and would like to add a domestic connection on 9W to my final destination.
Is this possible? If so, will it require additional miles or not, since my final destination is within India itself.
