When does my earning calendar reset?
 

Background:

From April 2014 I earned YTD 37,750 Tier Points. Was status matched to gold on 10/03/2015. I thought i understood that I have a 12-13 rolling earn period etc... this is what my statement says about retaining gold and reaching platinum.


You require 39,500 additional Tier Miles by 31 March, 2016 to renew Gold (includes future bookings).
You need to take 46 additional qualifying flight(s) by 31 March, 2016 to renew Gold (includes future bookings).
You require 112,250 additional Tier Miles by 31 May, 2015 to reach Platinum (includes future bookings).

Do I only have 12 months to earn plat. from my first EK Credit and when will my tier points reset to 0? Is it a rolling 12-13 month. I'm very confused.
