In the US I'm looking forward to see Miami, maybe one or two more destinations like Philadelphia, Detroit, Atlanta as well. Don't think Canada will change anything with their bilateral soon.
For Africa the launch of Conakry (or at least an Ebola free Africa), Kinshasa (with tag-on to Libreville), Maputo and Kigali could be realistic.
One new on Japan destination like Sapporo, Fukuoka or Nagoya would be great.
Hopefully more South Corea (double daily ICN or new Pusan) but bilaterals ...
Finally more Chinese (secondary) cities like one or two of those: Shenyang, Tianjin, Qindao, Xian, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Xiamen, Chongqing, Chengdu, Kunming, Shenzhen - there are a lot of options for EK.
New South East Asian destination like Rangun, Hanoi, Phnom Penh and finally the launch of 1 or 2 secondary cities in this Asian Pacific region like Cebu, Kuching, Medan, Surabaya or Denpasar.
Berlin and Stuttgart will be a dream but not realistic in the near future. Looking at UK maybe we will see a new destiantion like Belfast, Edinburgh, Leeds or London (Stansted).
In northern Europe I can only imagine Gothenborg and Helsinki, but not next year.
Eastern Europe is well served by flydubai. Do not think EK can make much money there. Doubtful if we will see EK at Bologna, Naples, Catania, Toulouse, Malaga etc. in the near future.
Do not see big potential for Latin America. Of course nice growth rates there but no big business (except some oil countries) between them and UAE and further to Asia. Due to those ultra long-haul flights not realistic in the near future for those hoping to see EK soon at Mexiko-City, Panama-City, Bogota, Caracas, Lima, Santiago de Chile, Belo Horizonte, Brasilia ... Without any code-share partner in this region it doesn't work.

I'll hop on the US destination bandwagon...
Obviously I'd love DEN ...but that's a long ways off
I'm guessing that they'll finally head to MIA, a stretch of DTW or LAS if they really got bold. For now I'm guessing they'll just upgrade routes to 380s if they've got the gates to do it. Not seeing many new US destinations this year outside of MIA

A380s in 2015
Happy new year guys!
Trying to guess where EK will deploy their (I believe 16) new A380s. Assuming there are no spare frames currently, and that 5 are spoken for (JFK, PER, KUL), for the remaining 11 I'd guess:
Europe:
DUS
MAD
GVA
MAN
LGW
US:
IAD (x2)
ORD (x2) - assuming they'll do what they did with Dallas to give themselves a competitive boost vs EY & QR. Hope the outcome is better though, I believe the A380 upgauge to DFW hasn't gotten off to a barn-storming start.
Asia:
HKG
BKK
Any thoughts?
