Through luggage question - KUL to DPS
 

Quick question please.

Have booked Mrs. Bluenose on a trip to Bali (DPS) routing BHX/DXB/KUL, then onwards to DPS on MH. It's all booked through Emirates on the same PNR.

Will the bags be checked all the way through to DPS, or will she be required to collect at KUL and rebook?

Also she is a gold - any idea how strict they might be at KUL about the 'not travelling onwards on EK' rule for getting into the Emirates Lounge?

If it's all booked on the same ticket/PNR, you should be able to check the luggage directly to DPS - but with two stops, I would definitely carry-on some essentials!

Can confirm that your luggage will be checked trough...Had the same routing last year. As you might get only checked in till KL from EK an EK agent may waiting for the connecting passengers to DPS at the gate with the boarding passes for your MH flight (that happened to me last year, aprx. 30 pax were connecting to DPS from the incoming EK flight)
