Changes to the CD Terms and Conditions in early January 2019 confirm the following:

Effective 1 March 2019, new Chauffeur-drive service reservations are not available in conjunction with Skywards Business and First Class Classic Rewards and Economy to Business Class Upgrades.

BCN - Sedan

VCE - Yep - think its classed as a water taxi. Think you get the choice of both car or water taxi, our hotel was on an island so no choice apart from the boat - great experience!

GLA can also be a Mercedes van in J.

CPT can also be a 4 x 4 in J (not sure what make).

Now you mention it, I've had that Mercedes van too. Not my favourite, I certainly don't have THAT much luggage but my husband does complain sometimes about my love of testing the limit of carry-on especially on the return journey
