I want to book a ticket from Munich to Taipei. But I'm not sure about my exact dates and if I will go at all.
I want to book a ticket that is fully refundable without any fees. But I cannot find anything on the EK website, whether it's Eco Flex (150 Euros for cancellation) or Bus Flex (250 Euros for cancellation).

Does anyone know how to get a ticket without any penalties?

You'll probably have to phone to get a fully flexible/cancelable fare.

There are 2 published fully refundable fares in economy for this route:
EEE1YDE1 @ 1255EUR and YEE1YDE1 @ 1655EUR, to both add about 369EUR in taxes/surcharges.
