Everyone's favorite topic....ek send out these small surveys that don't always allow frequent flyers to get their gripes across.

What are your views on what you'd like to see done to really "enhance" the program?

I'd like the ability to be able to upgrade 2 pax on one pnr online by deducting miles from each pax account.

I'd like to see j class (d class) upgrade waitlist returned for golds and plats.

I'd like to see d class or z class stock released earlier or preference given to plat and gold first when availability arises.

The above are my main gripes. I'm interested In the changes to the booking fares as well that are happening shortly.

It's also interesting to me that the global sale fares are not cheaper than before the sale :rolleyes:

One final thought, ek seem to punish people for booking in advance, I'm looking at a fare in the summer and it's over £3k now but if I wait until nearer the time I know I'll get it for £2k...

m3 - I put down the prohibitive amount of miles required to do a cabin upgrade. I.e BA DXB/LHR upgrade J>F is around 20k miles when you earn as a BA Gold around 12 in J for one sector. So after 2 sectors you have enough for an upgrade from J>F. So yeah I'd like to see a reduction in miles for tickets.
I'd also like to see a reduction in cost of transferring or buying miles. Once again EK are waaay above the mark on that.
I'd second your thoughts.

Sad fact is though that the customers even if they are Plat/Gold will not be taken notice of. Perhaps some iO's but unlikely even for them. Quite simply - EK just don't care.

It's a known fact that all airlines punish you if you book to early. The proven best day to book is 42 prior to departure. (my company buy tickets for +10 mill. DKK yearly, so belive me I know ;) )
