Row 50 A380 question

I have pre-booked row 50 A-B but I am a bit worried. Are these decent seats? like as there is no one behind you. But worried about recline as I read mix reviews. Anybody any experience?

These are good seats. Unlike other 'last row' seats with limited reclines, the ones on the A380, especially in the first mini-cabin, have full reclines. In fact there is a lot of space behind the seat as well (especially DEFG) that is used by both crew and pax to swtich between the two aisles.

That is quite annoying though. Don't go for DEFG as they do bump your head sometimes!

AFAIK and IME, all Emirates "last row" Y seats have the same recline as any other. They also have the added benefit of you being able to recline without discomforting anyone, so a guilt-free recline.

IME, the best seat in Y is 50A/K on the 777, where you have the two seats and there is space between the seat and window so you can store items without them imposing on your space like under the seat.

Try to show up early and get the first Y seats in the A380 (the window seats so A, B and C). They have MILES of legroom!

Have pre-assigned 50A and B looping forward to our first A380 and Emirates experience
