Nah, they would call that Extra Baggage Allowance surely, not someting totally obscure like Fee Waiver.

I would say the ability to upgrade using skywards miles is the best benefit - or is that too obvious?

Upgrades are a good benefit but they are a massive PITA to get now.

An upgrade waitlist should be created so you don't have to ring them a billion times, or pray you can upgrade with miles at check in. If one becomes available, you should be offered it on a first come, first serve basis. That is all
