sleep sniff box

The "sleep sniff box" provided in first class has a distinctive smell. It took me ages to work out where I have smelled it before.

And finally the answer came: It smells of the air freshener used in the lavatories on Swiss trains.

Just Swiss trains?

I love both sniff boxes, they help at 3am when you have to go to work at 6!

Never been offered such a thing! What is it? When is it offered?

I mean, I'm eating my weight in Godiva chocolates but surely some snuff would go down a treat ;-)

You get it only on the F suites. On the desk is a pop-up mirror with 'LED' lights around it, which is usually open when you step into your suite. Look at the compartment where it folds down - there is a small white plastic box with some tubes and bottles inside - that's where you'll find the snuff box.

I see: I always just close the lid, close the drawing kit drawer, close the power outlet door, put the bar down, shut the cubby-hole door, and turn the lights off.

I HAVE BEEN DOING IT WRONG ALL THIS TIME!!! ;-)

I must admit, I too quite like the sleep 'sniff box'. Although.....not quite sure on the shower in a tube....especially when you have the Spa on the A380.
