Remember this will also cost you.

Currently 25 USD for 1,000 miles and they must be transferred in blocks of 1,000 miles.

Hmmmm. We are heading towards 2014, and "What can I do today?" is still not back... Am I missing something? this is not a highly complicated technical matter I would think...

It's not the end of the year yet. ;)

Ask them soon but save the web page from post #7 first.

Still nothing on the webpage...

not to hijack this thread, but i thought rather than creating a new thread i could try it here.

i have 16500 skyward miles that are expiring soon, so just hoping to get some ideas on where i could leverage them.

Im based out of toronto, but will be travelling to dxb in feb-mar, so if there any regions i can get from there could help (perhaps i could purchase some miles to make up the difference)

will also be travelling to east europe in august, so if there any inter europe flights i could use them on. I chked on easyjet, but no dice

so i welcome any feedback

Two years now and they still don't show a public chart. Do they really think their redemption data is so desperately important that it must be behind a log in wall?

Ridiculous....

Urghhh. Even though on an unsecure location, decided to sign in just to find the charts. Seems there are none! Is this for real, or am I a moron missing something???? (FYI - it can't be both, just one or the other! :D )

I was able to price out points based on destinations and dates, but not upgrades. I have a bit less than 300,000 points so the over 400,000 needed for first from Europe to Asia is not an option. (I checked all my usual departure points and arrival points so it seems Europe to Asia has the same pricing regardless of departure/arrival cities - even more reason the lack of a chart is absurdly unacceptable).

Does anyone know what the point cost is to upgrade from Business to First with points from Europe to Asia return/roundtrip? Buying a paid return Business class ticket, how many points each way do you need to bring that to F?

there's no chart, but there's earn/spend calculator that does not require login:

I believe then the answer to my original question would be "yes, you are a moron missing something". I can't believe I spent that much time and couldn't find it. It seems I'm more of a scarecrow this morning.

Thanks, used it, and gave upgrade details as well. Much appreciated!
