Express meal option in business class
Hi everyone. I am currently doing some research into airlines that offer an express meal option in their business class cabins. I know that Emirates do not currently offer this option. Would you like it if they did, and why?

Could you clarify what exactly is an "Express Meal" option?

Sorry, I should have clarified. I mean that whilst the normal meal service is taking place you have the option to have an 'express' service. The crew member will quickly deliver you a tray with drink, starter and main so you don't have to wait for the full service to take place. You would then have the option to have dessert or you could even just request starter/dessert or main/dessert immediately.
Would this benefit you? I know a lot of people complain at how long the service usually takes. |

If you mean a meal served quickly (as soon as possible after take off) so you can go to sleep as soon as possible, I'd say no, cause you may as well have eaten something in the lounge then just skip the meal onboard. Maybe you mean something else though?

You can just order the main or whatever, finish it then go to sleep - just let the FA know, i'm sure they'll fix you up...

I've done this many times in J - never a problem, they're happy to oblige. For that reason I think the introduction of a formal option is unnecessary.

Thanks for your replies.
