Cathay Flight on Emirates Ticket

I've just booked a trip MAN-DXB-HKG-SGN-DXB-MAN on an emirates ticket but the HKG-SGN leg is on Cathay.

Will I get Emirates points for that leg (as it is an Emirates ticket)?
If not can I get Avios points for that leg or is it just lost?
Will I get my Skywards benefits (luggage and early boarding are what I care about)?

Could have done the whole trip on another carrier but this will get me to within 3000 miles of gold and a trip to Singapore in June will do it!

I guess you mean tier miles? I am no expert in ticket rules but in my understanding, it doesn't look to be an EK codeshare flight so I don't think you'll earn tier miles (Flight number has to start with EK). And Cathay is also not one of EKs airline partners so no Skywards miles as well.

Currently, only QF and EK have reciprocal FF tier recognition. So I'm afraid your tier status on EK won't count for much on Cathay....
