Thanks for the correction. I used to look at it differently as would never show more than 9, so J9C9 would mean "at least" as there could be more than 9 (it just doesn't show), but if it is a lesser number it would mean that the inventory is declining.

Yes - there was never any % discount for upgrades on EK.
