Can't complete OLCI
Hi all,
I am new to Emirates but looking forward to our flights with them starting tomorrow. I've had emails to say to check in online but then I try it says it can't be completed and to check in at the airport. We are flying LGW-DXB-HKG Our booking shows all 3 seats selected for both flights but at the start of OLCI LGW-DXB shows seat numbers but DXB-HKG no seats?? Then I get the above message on the next page. We are travelling y and had selected 3 side seats together so hoping we aren't going to be split up. Any advice? Other than don't fly y:D Thanks |
How did you pay for your ticket? Was it directly through Emirates.com?
Sometimes if I've booked directly the OLCI says it cant 'Complete' and I cant print my boarding passes but need to go to the checkin desk. It's usually so they can verify the credit/debit card and then they just give you your boarding passes but you have 'checked in'. Not sure it this is what has happened but might be? |
