Route Map
 

Recently using IE I have not been able to open the route map on Emirates website. I can open it using Firefox browser. My flash player is completely up-to-date. Is it a settings problem on my computer, or do others have that problem?

Just tried it and won't open with IE 9 Version 9.0.8112.16421

I'm running Vista V6 SP2.

What is the best email address for me to use to inform Emirates that the route map wont open using IE?

Anyone?

USe the "Contact Us" page then "Ask Us" Tab.

If it doesn't fit under one of the headings, just choose one as close as possible.

My experience of the contact us is that it is a waste of time - I'm still waiting for a response to a Skywards query after more than a week (and now it's too late)

I contacted them today, I will report back if I get any response

I got 2 emails advising me that they found no problem opening the map on all I.E. browser versions. Advised me to adjust my flash player settings. But it cant be my settings as it works for all other sites.

My update now is that on the new website the map opens fine on my computer with no changes in settings needed! Its great it works again, but it annoys me that they denied their was a problem in the first place.
