Access to new J Lounge
 

Quick one guys. I'll be flying through DBX on Tues, and will probably be flying out of Concourse B (EK21). I have a mate flying through at the same time, who will be flying out on an A380 (so probably Concourse A). We will both be flying J.

Was just wondering if Emirates are still allowing access into the Concourse A J-Lounge if you are flying out of Concourse B? I wouldn't mind checking out the new lounge, and it would also mean I get to catch up with my mate over a few drinks.

No harm in trying!

I've done that on my A380 flight last week which departed from Concourse B. At the lounge they told me: it would be better to use the other lounge (closer to departure gate) but ok if you really want to.

Lounges are OK as stated above, but you may be surprised by your departure gates. A380s and B777s are going from both concourses - maybe even Concourse C.

Yep, ofcourse you are right. As I said, they will probably be the concourses, but I'll have to wait and see. To be honest it was more a question of whether you can access the J-Lounge of a concourse other than from which you are departing. Sounds like hopefully I will be ok though. Cheers.
