Cannot opt in to "Double Miles in F and C" offer - bug?
I received an email from EK with an offer for double miles for all F and C travel until August 16, for tickets purchased <July 1st.
When I try to opt in - either through click on link in email or by accessing offers directly on Skywards page - I always get an error message.
Anyone else has the same problem? How to get around it - I assume opt in is possible only online?

Another question: can you earn bonus miles on top of Mileage Accelerator?
In addition, I can't find any F/J mileage accelerator for June. So is EK using this bonus miles offer to substutite Mileage Accelerator?

I doubt the the bonus is a substitution for Mileage Accelerator. Which routes are you not seeing any Mileage Accelerators for?

You have to look deep down in the list of Special Offers (on Skywards) to find it and then register.

The bug was fixed the following morning (ie email went out on Thurs pm) and on Fri I received an email from DXB acknowleding the problem. I then received a formal confirmation email from Skywards, confirming my enrollment into the program on Sat.

I also got the error on initial opt-in attempt and then got an email confirmation the next day for my enrollment
