I have a question about special meals on ek flights. I have ordered for my flights ATH-DXB-BKK-ATH low sodium meal what should i expect?

Low Sodium Meal (LSML)
This meal is for those who suffer from high blood pressure.
It contains one or more of these ingredients: salt-free margarine, foods low in sodium content, and fresh or frozen foods.
It does NOT contain salty cheese, sauces, dressings, cured and brined meals, or canned food.
