Is JAL partner of Emirates for award travel?
My friend has 60K miles that will expire on Jan 30. I told him to call Emirates and find out availability on JAL. But Emirates claim they are not partners with JAL, despite their website showing the opposite.
Please tell me what info is correct? If JAL are partners then how to find out their seat availability?
